I highly recommend Mrs. Varsha Samtani’s Leadership for young professionals course. She’s an expert communication coach and has been a wonderful mentor to me.
Some of the aspects covered in this course are how to be assertive at your workplace, developing a growth mindset, how to get out of your comfort zone, how to work on your communication skills, and the art of diplomacy.
The modules used are impactful and since this is a one on one session, the coaching is highly geared towards one’s needs.

We were approached by a company to help train their new Customer Relationship Manager, Trisha. A quiet and reserved person, she hesitated to speak to customers on the telephone. On further conversation, we realized that she lacked confidence as she was not comfortable talking to people in general.
We provided Trisha with the communication strategies required by a CRM and with techniques of building rapport and empathy along with customer handling skills, today Trisha takes 10-12 calls a day and handles her customers with ease. She communicates with confidence.
